Malayel Collections Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Malayel Collections. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policies are designed to assist you efficiently.

Return Window

You have 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Please ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags intact.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately within 7 days.
  • Please send clear photos of:
    • The product
    • Shipping label
    • Visible damage or defect
  • Upon approval, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement — no return necessary.

Note: Claims related to damages or errors must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty products)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Ineligible for Return or Refund

If your item does not meet the criteria for return or refund, you will receive store credit for future purchases instead. This credit can be used on any future orders with Malayel Collections.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return.
  • Once approved, place a new order for your desired item.

International & Future Policy Updates

  • For orders shipped to Gulf countries, the 7-14 day return window applies.
  • We plan to expand internationally soon; updates will be communicated accordingly.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Policies

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, shipping label, and damage.
  • Approved claims will receive a full refund or replacement — no return needed.

Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
  • If the item is unused, in original packaging, you may request return authorization at your own cost (shipping not covered).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return addresses are provided upon contact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • Orders beyond this period are processed and cannot be changed.

Refund Processing Time
